Our Policy

All items with the exception of watches are final sale, and are not eligible for a refund or exchange of any sort. All shipping and handling and associated costs are also non-refundable or exchangeable. 

Giveaways/Sweepstakes/Promotions

All items received in giveaways, sweepstakes and promotions are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges. This applies to the the items as well as all related shipping and handling costs.

Our Policy

We do our best to provide you with a quality product you'll be stoked to wear on your wrist. If for whatever reason you're not completely satisfied within 30 days of receiving your purchase, we'll happily accept your return, you simply pay the shipping costs. 

**Please note we do not accept returns on physically damaged or used goods. All return and exchanges will be inspected upon arrival and must be sent back in original packaging.

Defective/Incorrect Product

If a customer receives a defective product or incorrect order we'll reimburse the shipping cost (standard shipping only) and send back the proper order at no extra charge. The customer must contact FOSH within 7 days of receiving the purchase in order to be eligible. We're really sorry if this happens!

How it works

1. Fill out the form below, making sure to reference your order #  

2. Within 3-4 business days you'll receive a confirmation email and shipping instructions on how to mail back your item(s)

3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your purchase

If you're exchanging for a different style or item, we'll invoice/refund you the difference and shipping costs
