Our Policy
We do our best to provide you with quality products you'll be stoked to own. If for whatever reason you're not completely satisfied within 30 days of receiving your purchase, we'll happily accept your return for refund or exchange, you simply pay the shipping costs associated with the return.
Our policy last for 30 days, if the 30 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately we can not offer a refund or exchange.
Please note we do not accept returns on physically damaged or used goods. All return and exchanges will be inspected upon arrival and must be sent back in original packaging. Upon receipt and inspection of the return we will issue your approved refund to the original method of payment.
We want to ensure the best possible experience for our customers and will do everything in our power to remove any risk of shopping online.
Defective/Incorrect Product
If a customer receives a defective product or incorrect order the customer may be eligible for a refund or exchange for their proper product. To be eligible the customer must contact FOSH within 7 days of receiving the purchase. Following this we only offer store credit equivalent to the amount you paid. We're really sorry if this happens!
